Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to all our patients. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 72 hours (3 business days) before the appointment to avoid paying a no-show/cancellation fee.

Patients who arrive more than 10 minutes late for an appointment or who do not arrive for their appointment will be considered a missed appointment and charged a no-show fee.

The no-show/cancellation fee is the cost of the session and is due at the time of a missed session.

Multiple no-shows or late cancelations may result in discharge from the practice.

Your role in this process is crucial. You are responsible for this fee regardless of whether you receive a reminder about your appointment.
